Warranty
- All IBC products are warranted for a period of one year. The warranty covers factory defects only. In some cases certain product may be warranted for a longer period of time. Contact IBC for more details.
- Product which is sent to us for repair which is determined by IBC to be a warranty repair will be repaired at no charge and shipped back to customer using ground freight at no charge.
- Extended warranty programs are available. Contact IBC for further information.
- IBC does not offer advance replacements under any circumstances.
Shipping
- IBC utilizes Fedex for all shipping. Shipping charges are the actual Fedex shipping charges plus $ 5 for handling and insurance.
- Sorry, but we cannot bill customer or 3rd party freight accounts.
Terms & Conditions of Sale
- IBC’s standard terms are net 30 for customers with credit.
- To establish credit please complete our credit application and send it by fax or email. Please allow at least 4 weeks for processing.
- We also accept Master Card, Visa, Amex, and Discover.
- Most IBC products are made to order and are not returnable (NCNR). For product that is returnable, a 25% restocking fee is charged. Returned product must be unopened, undamaged, and returned within 30 days.
- Product build time is typically 4 to 6 weeks.
