Phone & Email Support.
IBC provides limited free support for all new product installs up to one year after purchase. Free support consists of up to 15 minutes of telephone support and 1 hour of email support. Once this time has been used a support agreement must be completed.
Free support cannot be provided to installers that are adding to existing systems who are not the initial system installer unless the installer can provide all details of the current configuration for the products that are already on site.
For both phone and email support, the serial number of the product is required for us to open a support ticket. Also if available please provide the order number under which the product was purchased.
When requesting support, please provide as much detail as possible by email, such as photos of the barcodes you are attempting to read, details on the cards you are reading, and specifics about the output format that you need.
